I greatly enjoyed 3 nights in this property. The whole hotel was clean. The staff was professional and amicable. The property was in a good location adjacent to Lackland AFB and downtown San Antonio. Convenient stores were nearby. North San Antonio - SAT district was worth staying in.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, and it's right next door to convenient stores. The hotel is fairly clean and provides good value. I particularly enjoyed my double room, which had a shower and bath sheets. The staff was friendly and always resolved any issues I had.

The customer service was great and they were able to resolve an issue with a cash "key" deposit in a friendly and efficient manner.
